Service Agreement Policy

  1. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required from the customer to Walk Safe Pet Waste Removal if needed. Partial payment will be charged if not cancelled within the time allotted to do so.

  2. If the customer’s property gate is locked and Walk Safe Pet Waste Removal is unable to enter and service the property, the service will still be charged in full from the customer.

  3. All dogs must remain indoors during the service.

  4. In the case of extreme weather conditions, Walk Safe Pet Waste Removal will reschedule the existing service for the next best day at no additional charge to customer.

  5. Unless the specific service is purchased, customers may be required to perform an initial clean-up of the area they desire to be serviced before the arrival of Walk Safe Pet Waste Removal.

  6. No long-term contracts required.

  7. Customers must leave an active card on file for all recurring purchases.
